Alicia started pre-school again with Liz and a new teacher, Beth, and she loves both of them. She is always asking me "Do I have school today?".

 

 

A few weeks ago we had a family soccer game. My family was all at my moms for Sunday dinner. It was a blast. Gabe and Sterling really stood out.

 

 

 

 

Asher LOVES to draw. He always seems to find a marker and draw all over the boys homework.

 

Asher also LOVES to play with little toy animals. He carries them all over the house.

 

Asher is twenty months old and has already started having temper tantrums. He will even go and stand against the wall because he's so mad. I just have to smile.

 

Gabriel got his wolf in scouts. He was very excited about it.

I took this picture of Alicia to show how long her hair is suddenly getting. I'm so excited it's past her shoulders.

 

Asher is always putting on whatever shoes he can find, even if they are Alicia's cabbage patch shoes.

Today was Alicia's first creative ballet/jazz class. She had a great time. Alicia really liked having her good friend, Addy, next door in it with her. It was so fun to watch.

 

 

 

 

The boys first day of school

I can't believe school started today. Summer sure seemed to go by fast. I am ready for school so we can all have breaks from each other. I will be much more pateint. Gabe started 3rd grade. He has the same kids in his class from last year because he's in spanish immersion. He wasn't excited about school only because of homework. Sterling started 1st grade. He was so excited. He can't wait to eat school lunch every day.

Some happenings in August

Ryan and Gabe went on a hike together up American Fork Canyon to Stewart Falls. They had a great time together.

 

 

Gabe and Sterling went to Lake Powell with grandpa so Alicia had a sleepover with her cousin, Maddi, and we took her to Cirque de Soleil. It was so much fun to spend time with just her.

 

I took the kids to Seven Peaks with their cousins and friend, Conner. It was a lot of fun. Unfortunately we all got a little burned.

 

 

 

 

Gabe has started playing competitive soccer. His team played a tournament this month and his team didnt' do the best but they'll get better. I had no idea how stressful this was going to be. I really like that he is working hard to get good at something.

 

 

Sterling's 6th Birthday

I can't believe Sterling is six years old. For his friend birthday party he wanted Bakugan party.

We played Bakugan launch and Bakugan ball toss

 

and we had bakugan brawl punch and cupcakes.

 

Sterling had seven good friends at his party along with his brother ans sister.

 

That night family came over. Sterling got some fun presents, and he got way too many Bakugan. He was stoked.

 

His Uncle had way too much fun with the blue frosting but Sterling thought it was cool.

 

The kids enjoyed pizza, watermelon and cupcakes.
