Lake Powell

We had a wonderful time at Lake Powell this year. I just love my family so much. It was so much fun to be with my Dad and brother and sister and their families. What great memories we have made.

Sterling's 5th Birthday

Sterling had a great fifth birthday. I can't believe he's starting kindergarten in a few weeks. He's growing so fast.
He had a friend water birthday party. The kids had a lot of fun getting wet and running around outside. He's got some great friends. Sterling also loved his spiderman birthday cake.

We went to Salt Lake and had lunch at Winger's with his mom's family.

We went to his Aunt Bev's house in Payson and had a barbecue with his dad's family.

Swimming Lessons

Gabe and Sterling finished swimming lessons last week. Gabe is in level four and it was quite challenging for him. He was in the six foot pool and had to swim laps. He would have stopped going if he wasn't such a perfectionist and wanted to pass the level. He didn't pass it but came very close. Sterling is in level two. He had a blast and his best-friend, Tanner, was in his class which made it even better.

July 4th Party

We had a fun July 4th. My aunt and uncle, Kevin & Claire, and their kids came from Phoenix and so my mom and brother and sister and their kids came to our house. We had a barbecue and my aunt made marshmallow shooters for everyone to decorate and we had a fight in our front yard. It was a mess but was sooooooo much fun. It was an awesome day!!!

Asher started EATING solids

I started Asher on rice cereal last week and he just loves it. He cries if I don't keep putting the spoon in his mouth quickly. He is so much fun!

Pictures from last week . . . .

We road our bikes to the park by our house. My mom kept Asher. I pulled Alicia in the trailer. I was proud of myself. I was worn out when I got home though. It is the way to go because we got there soooo much faster than walking.

Sterling lost his second tooth. This time he didn't swallow it. He was pretty excited to have the tooth fairy come.

Ryan and his brother took their boys up to Park City to ride the Alpine Slides. They had a blast. I stayed home and gave Alicia and Asher a nap. Life will be so different when we don't have kids napping. Kids are so much happier when they have naps so I'm quite obsessive with schedules.
