Halloween

We carved pumpkins before trick-or-treating

 

 

 

 

Trick-or-Treating

The kids went trick-or-treating with their cousins.

 

 

The older kids left me and Asher in the dust. I got some cute pictures of Asher trick-or-treating.

 

 

After ...

Asher was an adorable lion! He stayed very warm!

 

Alicia was a perfect Alice in Wonderland. I don't know how warm she was but she didn't complain.

October fun

Gabriel had his 2nd pinewood derby. He had a lot of fun making the car with Ryan.

 

I took Alicia and Asher to story time at Pirates Island and they had a great time.

 

 

 

Sterling had his 2nd grade halloween program. He is so adorable.

 

 

We went to the school's halloween parade.

 

 

For the parade Asher was a racecar driver. This costume was dirty by Halloween

 

First day of school

Gabe and Sterling started school today. They had a great time. Gabe is in 4th grade and in his third year of spanish immersion. Sterling is in 2nd grade and started his first year of spanish immersion.

 

I took Alicia and Asher to the park with their friends, Addie and Braeden. They played and we met the boys walking home from school.

 

Swimming Lessons

The kids just finished taking swimming lessons before school started. They were all so excited to go every day. By the 9th day I was ready to be done.

Alicia was in pre-school level 2 and loved going every day. She passed that level so she is ready for Pre-school level 3.

 

 

Sterling was in level 3 and passed it so is ready to take level 4. He also loved swimming lessons and was so excited to go.

 

 

Gabe was in level 4 and passed it so he's ready to take level 5. He also was glad to go to swimming lessons. He was only in the lap pool so he learned different strokes.

 

 

I normally just have the kids in swimming lessons in the summer but when soccer slows down I might put them back in lessons because they enjoyed them so much.

 

Lindon Parade

Yesterday Gabe and Sterling were in the Lindon Parade for the Utah Futsal Arena. They had a great time kicking the ball while they walked in the parade. Alicia and Asher had a fun time too and got a lot of treats. They had pizza and soda after at the park. We had a great time.
