Lake Powell

Alicia with her beloved seashells. She had to bring this bag home. Alicia was out playing in the sand and the water for hours on end.

 

Sterling skiied again this year. He looked so adorable out there. He's a tough little kid and will try anything.

 

The kids did a lot of tubing. Here Sterling, Alicia and Asher are riding on the tube. The kids always wanted to go "faster".

 

Here is Asher on the speed boat. Someone new is going to ride the tube so he decided to stand up on the ledge to get as high as he could.

 

Here is Gabe and Sterling playing in the sand. They had a blast. My kid would live at Lake Powell if they could.

 

Sterling liked to go faster on the tube so Ryan and I went with him a few times. Here is a good picture of us after we went over a big wave;.

 

Here is Gabe after a swim. Gabe didn't want to do anything that he could get hurt. He hurt his toe a few weeks before we left and Ryan thinks it could be a stress fracture.

 

Here is a Sterling right before he went down the slide. We had to bribe him before he would go down it. He had fun though when he did.

 

Asher also wanted to go down the slide. Here is a picture before him and Ryan went down. Ryan took Asher backwards so he didn't get his face as wet.

 

Here is Asher after his ride down the slide. Ryan is underneath the water trying to keep Asher up. Asher got his face wet but he didn't cry or anything. He is so cute!

 

Alicia wanted to go down the slide too. If Asher could, she thought she could do it too.

 

She on the other hand, cried when she got her face in the water. She got over it very quick though. What a brave girl.

 

Here is Gabe waiting to go on a boat ride. He was so low key this trip. He would just chill.

 

I got this great picture of Ryan and all the kids sitting in the back of the boat. They were looking into the sun, so Alicia and Asher had a hard time opening there eyes.

 

Asher was so funny playing in the water. He would stand up then lay on his tummy for a little bit then stand up and then lay on his tummy again. He was in heaven.

 

Here is a cute shot of Sterling, Alccia and Asher with there best cousins, Maddi and McKay. They are so cute. Those kids had way too much energy for me. They had so much fun though.

 

Gabe spent a lot of time in the water. Here he is with his best cousin, Cameron.

Alicia spent as much time as she could swimming in the water. She is like a fish, attracted to the water.

 

Sterling and Alicia are so adorable. They spent a lot of time playing together this trip and it was really sweet.

 

When we were packing up and leaving Gabriel fell asleep on the couch. Lucky guy! I was wishing it was me.

 

Last Day of School

Yesterday was the last day of school. I can't believe the boys will be going into 2nd and 4th grade next year. The kids were so excited for summer. I am starting a new tradition. I made the boys little candybar posters about there year. The boys were excited. It was fun for me.

 

 

Alicia Playing Soccer

Alicia played soccer for the first time this Spring. She did not want to play at all at the beginning on the season. But at the last few games she played be herself. I am grateful for her sweet assistant coach who would hold her hand and play with her.

 

 

 

After one of Alicia's games we went over to the park where the boys were trying out for competitive soccer and saw Leo the Lion. My kids love Real Salt Lake Soccer and so they were so excited to get a picture with Leo.

 

Alicia's Dance Performance

Alicia has a dance performance this month. She absolutely loves to perform on the stage. She told us that we were going to give her flowers again. She loved having her family come watch her, especially her cousin Maddi. Alicia was so adorable!

 

 

 

Sterling's 1st grade Program

Sterling had his end of the year program this month. He is so flippen cute. They sang really cute songs and then we went to his classroom and had treats. I love his teacher, Mrs. McDaniel. Sterling will miss her.

 

 

 

Gabe 2nd Place

Gabe's team, Saratoga Rage SU, won second place in s. The team played really hard and it has been fun to watch them grow all year.
