What we've been doing lately . . . .

The boys (Gabe, Sterling, Conner, Brandt, Tanner & Landon) found a garden snake between the Norman's big rocks. YUCK!!! They were sooooooo excited. Dave came over and caught it and put it in a fish tank. The boys and the girls (Alicia & Addison) loved watching the snake.

Ryan took Gabe and Sterling on the Father & son's overnight. They stayed in the tent trailer with the Emmett boys. They had a great time.

For family night we went to Classic Skating with my brother and his family. It was great. Gabriel got Roller Blading down well, Sterling rode around on his scooter, Alicia was very persisitant at skating and also rode in the stroller some and Asher loved riding around in the stroller and looking up at the lights. It was a great memory.

Sterling, Alicia & Asher hanging out in the afternoons this week when Gabe was at school. They're so dang cute.

We're getting DOGS!!??!!!

We had two great pyranees (big white sheep dogs) in Pleasant Grove before we went to Idaho for law school. They were our kids before we had kids. We had some friends take them when we moved. Yuki is still alive (he is 10 years old) and it's time to get him back. They are also giving us a puppy. She is five weeks old now. We will get them in three weeks when the puppy is eight weeks old. I hope our neighbors still like us (JK). I'm kind of scared but excited too. We went and saw them this past weekend and the kids just loved the little puppies. Gabe says he will help take care of them so we'll see how long that lasts. Wish me luck!!!

Yesterday I was doing Alicia's hair for church. I got it wet so it would hopefully stay down when I put it in a ponytail for her clip. It was sticking up at this point. Alicia said "Mom, I don't want my hair SPICY I want it cute". She put a great big smile on my face.

I thought the kids looked so snazzy in their church clothes!!!

Gabe's first Flag Football game

Gabe had his first flag football game yesterday. He had a lot of fun and got a nice touchdown. He thinks he should be playing tackle football instead of flag football but mom's happy. I told him he can play tackle next year.

Alicia and Sterling had fun at the playground. Asher would have preferred being in his bed rather then the game.

Asher's army crawl

Asher is now 7 1/2 months old. He started doing an army crawl about four weeks ago but he's getting really fast now. I seem to loose him quite often. I took this video a week or so ago and I just figured out how to get it on the computer. I didn't think it recorded my voice and it did, yuck!

Whenever he's in Alicia's room he goes right under her crib. He thinks it's pretty funny. He also loves the door stoppers and can flip them forever. He's not feeling the best today because of a stuffy nose and his first tooth is about to come in. He's still such a happy little guy.

BYU Football season has begun!!!

This year we bought three BYU tickets high up in the endzone so Ryan could take both boys. They went to the first game this past Saturday. The boys had a blast I asked Ryan to take pictures and he came back with this video. I think it's really cute though.
